Rajesh Mehta MD

Dr. Mehta has been in practice of Physiatry and Pain Management since 1994.  He is married with two children.  He is The Medical Director of Rehabilitation Department at Jefferson Hospital.  Besides Physical Medicine and Pain Management, he has special interest in Electromyography & Nerve Conduction Study.

Marissa Pavlinich, MD

Dr. Pavlinich grew up in the Pittsburgh area and is excited to be working as a Pain Management Specialist and Physiatrist in the South Hills. She obtained her Medical Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2015. She completed Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh. She completed a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.

Aleksandr Mikhaylovskiy MD

Dr. Mikhaylovskiy is originally from Russia where he obtained his Medical degree at Rostov on Don State Medical University. He then came to the United States to do his Internship at Wayne State University in General Surgery. Upon completion of Internship he did his Residency at University of Louisville -Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Louisville, KY and to complete a Fellowship in Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital, Anesthesiology Department.

Dr. Courtney Pyeritz, PA-C

Courtney Pyeritz, Physician Assistant, attended West Liberty University completing a 2 year Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program in 2018. She graduated from West Liberty University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine. She joined the South Hills Pain and Rehab Associates team upon graduation in 2018. She strives to use a comprehensive team approach with multi-modal treatment plan including behavioral and physical modifications, physical rehabilitation, conservation pharmacological therapy and interventional procedures to improve the overall health and quality of life for her patients. Courtney lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family and friends.

Alexandra Ellwood, PA-C

Alexandra Ellwood attended Saint Francis University's five-year accelerated physician assistant program. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in 2018 and with her Master of Physician Assistant Science in 2019. Following graduation, Alex joined South Hills Pain and Rehab in August 2019. As a provider, her goal is to help patients achieve greater functionality in their daily lives by incorporating conservative pharmacological therapy, interventional procedures, physical rehabilitation, and behavioral modification. Alex enjoys spending her time with family and friends and lives in the McKeesport area.
